General Policies
Check-In and Check-Out Policies
- Check-in: 3:00 PM

Property and Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours before arrival from October through May, and up to 48 hours before arrival from June through September. Late cancellations may result in a charge of one night’s room rate or the full stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified after booking.

Reservations & Booking
- Reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
- Room availability is subject to change until confirmed.
- Rates are per room, per night, unless otherwise stated.
- The Beach House Inn reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or fraudulent bookings.
Check-In / Check-Out Details
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Guests staying in a room beyond check-out time will be subject to additional charges up to and including a fee equal to the daily booking rate.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Extended stays beyond the original booking and reservation are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of The Beach House Inn.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room and check in.
- No guest may reserve a room or remain in a room for more than 25 consecutive days.
Payment Information
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The Beach House Inn may place a credit card hold/authorization for incidentals and at check-in.
- Accepted payment is limited to credit or debit card.
Reservation Modifications
- Changes to reservations are subject to availability and rate differences.
- Some promotional or discounted rates may be non-modifiable.
Guest Conduct & Rules
- Guests are responsible for the behavior of all visitors to their room.
- Disruptive, illegal, or abusive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. Violations of this policy will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee.
- The Beach House Inn is strictly a drug-free property. With the exception of individually prescribed medications, anyone found using or possessing drugs on the property will be subject to immediate eviction and potential prosecution by the applicable law enforcement agencies.
- Unauthorized parties or gatherings are prohibited.
Common Area & Courtyard Guidelines
- The courtyard area is for the use of The Beach House Inn guests only. Guests will be allowed up to four non-guest invitees for periods of not longer than four hours at a time.
- The courtyard is adjacent to all guest rooms; loud noises (85 decibels or higher) are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, music devices, external speakers, musical instruments of any kind, fireworks, etc.
- The outdoor grills are provided for guest use only on a first-come, first-served basis. Instructions for the use of grills are provided in each room. The Beach House Inn does not supply cooking utensils. No other gas, fuel, electric, charcoal or wood burning devices are permitted.
- Children under 14 years of age in the courtyard must be accompanied by an adult.
Damages & Liability
- Guests are financially liable for any damage caused to The Beach House Inn property.
- The Beach House Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are solely responsible for any valuables.
- The Beach House Inn is not responsible for any personal items left behind at check-out time. Guests must promptly inform The Beach House Inn of any items left behind. If property is unclaimed after thirty days, The Beach House Inn may dispose of such personal items in accordance with local and state law.
Pet Policy
- Except for certified service animals, The Beach House Inn is unable to accommodate pets.
- Unauthorized pets will result in an additional minimum cleaning fee of $250 per animal.
Parking Rules
- Guest parking is located at the rear of the property.
- The Beach House Inn is not responsible for any damage, vandalism, vehicle or personal property theft.
- Vehicles must be in good repair with no leaking fluids.
- Guests are allowed one passenger vehicle per guest room.
- RVs, large passenger vans, buses, and trailers are not permitted.
- Vehicles must be removed on the day of check-out.
- Violation of the parking policies may result in the vehicle being towed from the property.
Room Usage
- Rooms are for personal use only; subletting or commercial use is prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy limits apply per room.
- The Beach House Inn staff, agents, or representatives may enter the room for housekeeping, maintenance, or safety purposes.
Force Majeure
The Beach House Inn is not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond its control such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.
SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
- Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.
- Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.
- Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We have built our site with ADA compliance in mind and have utilized available tools such as Google Chrome’s ADA compatibility diagnostic tools. As part of the Revenue Recovery model, we work with re-marketing service companies to send notification messages if you have abandoned your cart without making a purchase. This is for the sole purpose of reminding customers to complete the purchase if they wish to. The re-marketing service companies do a real-time capture of your email ID and cookies to send an email invite to complete the transaction if the customer abandons the cart. However, the email ID of the customer is deleted from their database as soon as the purchase is complete. - “DO NOT SELL MY DATA” – WHY WE DON’T HAVE IT ON THIS WEBSITE
